Anyone happen to get the letter or update from your broker?
" The Company has asked brokers and other custodians, nominees and fiduciaries to forward this Information Statement to the beneficial owners of the Common Stock held of record by such persons and will reimburse such persons for out-of-pocket expenses incurred in forwarding such material."
I know i have not.
Also, "THIS ACTION IS EXPECTED TO BE EFFECTIVE ON A DATE THAT IS AT LEAST 20 DAYS AFTER THE MAILING OF THIS INFORMATION STATEMENT."
At least 20 days???
What the?
were are about 30 days now and counting. I don't think we have heard from anyone that has seen a RS forecast over 30 days in advance before.
Any notice how Lie-Machine and co are still lurking around icrud? Got shares? evidently they still don't have what they need to cover.
So how long will they be allowed to drag this out?
