Tex, I suspect Plutus is merely a burned investor who lost a ton of money on some other stock and now wants to burn inventors in any promising company that might just take off.  You have heard the phrases birds of a feather flock together, or misery loves company?  Plutus simple wants others to feel the pain he himself has felt.  He gains support from others who have lost just as he has.
