The shorting story is bullshit, if treaty had an ounce of success the stock would go sky high. Somebody said acme oil company today and I have to laugh, maybe treaty should hire Wiley coyote and road runner and place sheriff Buford t justice in charge of police work because treaty sucks at the oil business
