My "off topic" deleted post to Elvis :

Elvis my old friend. Every time we get a post hinting at some setback like the 211 failing, you can imagine all of the turmoil and frustration going on behind the scenes. Plus we read about critics complaining to the SEC repeatedly. You can imagine what else detractors may be doing to hinder the process of KMAG getting onto a legitimate exchange.
The last PR was followed by sustained criticism, negativity and threats of class action law suits by ihub posters. Yes, the PR mentioned timely updates. I can comprehend how JR might find the silence better than having updates met with vengeance and rancor.
If we accept the last PR as truthful, then it is a matter of patience for us as well as the company.
The borderline insanity more describes some of us as the fatiguing process lingers on. Keep in mind that the chart has put in a bottom and had we been accumulating regularly this last year we would now be sitting on profits. Without news the chart allows for a drift downward into Feb. We could even have a shakeout. The question is do you still accept the premise of the last PR? If you do, this wait is giving us ample opportunity to accumulate. If you accept the statements that JR is a shady crook, the seemingly sane thing would be to move on to another investment.
I would suggest that we wait until the chart winds out in Feb. Or get out here while the price is significantly higher than the lows. As people exit there are those who are going to take advantage of the resulting price dips and accumulate. The dice are in the air and all cheering and booing will not change the outcome.
