Q3 will not have anywhere near the %% gain over Q2, that Q2 had over Q1, bc Q2 was the "New Beginning"

Now I see Jeff blowing out the rest of the the preferred or a good portion of that b4 a R/S that he will do to move Up to a higher exchange!

And may be sooner than later if he wants to move Up Q3 to Q4
