DiBa Bank A/S - deletion
DiBa Bank A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen as per 15 January 2014.
Thus, last day of trading in shares issued by DiBa Bank will be 14 January 2014.
The reason for deletion is that Sydbank A/S on 15 January 2014 will initiate a compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in DiBa Bank A/S pursuant to sections 70-72 of the Danish Companies Act. The shareholders of DiBa Bank A/S have therefore been invited for a 4-week period ending on 12 February 2014 to transfer their shares in DiBa Bank A/S to Sydbank A/S.
