VillageEDOCS Announces Financials Status Upgraded To Current On OTC Markets
SAFETY HARBOR, Fla., Jan. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- VillageEDOCS, Inc. (OTCPK:VEDO), an emerging small cap company transitioning to a real estate development, management, and marketing firm, announced today it received confirmation from the OTC Markets, its financial statements will be moved from limited to OTC PINK Current Information prior to the opening bell Monday, January 6, 2014.
Additionally, there are efforts in place to change the Company's name and symbol to more closely reflect its current actions and planned operations. There are also plans to upgrade VEDO to a fully reporting SEC company.
