"low volume is a factor, where the hell is the volume, I would think wise investors would be all over this stock."
Here's my theory Aqualung. Many have multi-million share positions and along with most longers with smaller positions(like myself) believe NTEK is worth at least 3 times the current pps. So there are plenty of potential buyers, but few sellers at this pps.
