China regulatory approval

Sean you are very correct on the window regarding SCRC. Again, I am just being conservative and I am imploring U.P.O.D. this year. I have played these binary events over the years and sometimes for something so simple it can be off a few days to a few weeks. The difference of a few days or a few weeks will not ne meaningful. I do believe we will achieve regulatory approval and I also believe within a week or 2 orders will come asap. Over the next 90 days this will have a meaningful move imho. Yes we will go thru some stock, however if China comes next week we will be done with IR and most of the converts. I am with YOU BSAV!!!!
