Very strange indeed. I couldn't log in to my Scot

Very strange indeed. I couldn't log in to my Scottrade account for about an hour. I, at first, thought it was weak coverage. I restarted my Note 2 like 6 times, killed all Apps with an App killer (back button doesn't kill Apps ), and used a cache cleaner app all to no avail. I finally got log in capabilities back. A little scary but I wasn't thinking about selling unless it went to $1.00 or so.
