1. They have no money.
2. They are afraid to collect revenue based on federal banking laws.
3. There's no President/CEO of name recognition because they have no money.
4. They want to maintain share structure so they arent dipping into the toxic 150MM line of credit and not selling shares to raise money. $talled.
5. They weren't paying Darrell because they have no money.
6. It costs $300 for a Marketwire PR... No money to communicate.
7. Benz is great in my experience with him. But, having an attorney making leadership decisions is going to lend to being stuck at the starting gate in this legally-grey business. Attorneys should advise leadership whats best for the company and leadership should make the business decisions. Sorry LegalGirl.
8. JanesCard will launch as a loyalty card with the ability to add funds. Initially you won't be able to add funds because of federal banking laws and their fear of jail.
9. They are connected enough to know that banking laws will change soon and are content to wait.  - I agree, and think the loosening of the laws is happening later then originally expected.
10. The waiting for banking laws to change will hold up revenue collection for Dharmanol and their initial MCA "contracts." Dharmanol sales will show up as uncollected AR.

Pharmajanes = dough.

Regardless, these guys don't wanna not make money.  So something unanticipated is holding them up, clearly.  I'd like to know what that is.  I'm holding my breath a little longer and anyone writing off the Gavin endorsement is nuts (IMO).  But I'm getting ready to dump and start flipping soon, because watching the current MMJ runs I'm a bit envious.  I thought I was first to the party and it feels like last.
