Morning Gramps ! I am not surprised the BS Jervis r/s has not taken place.
The question remains is Natalie talking sense into future management of DUSS
to not wipe out it's existing shareholders. They need to respect the deal they made with
Natalie or IMO she needs the SEC to stop any fraudulent r/s from occurring.
I understand JVs are in play here so if they protect the share structure with other means
of financing like providing preferred or restricted for the JV deals then we are good here.
If anyone is in touch with her. Please tell her to make sure the new management does not wipe us out with their fraudulent 800:1 r/s. Either way I am holding and hoping for the best outcome.
