(OTCPINK:HKTU) announced today a share exchange for the acquisition of Platinum Pari-Mutuel Group (PPMG) will become the main operating entity of HKTU, and its officers and directors have already assumed the same positions with HKTU. a software development company specializing in development of an online experience designed to enable users to follow and share information regarding the fast paced global financial marketplace and to compete against each other in a traditional racing format.
