Kgem, i can tell you without a doubt that it is not the company doing the 100 share trades. i know this for a fact because i have found 6 other companies haveing the exact same issue and they are in no way connected with HIMR. My thought is that we are dealing with naked short sellers. who have bought at .0005 and are now attempting to cover their shares. this is the only thing that makes sense across all the different companies and sectors this is happening on. they have to keep the price down so they can buy back and cover their shares. this has been reported to the sec. i recieved a call back from the sec yesterday. it will take up to 6 months for them to review the complaint, and up to 3 years to prosecute. it is blatently illegal. this is what i was told. 3 years from now, himr is going to be so high that this 100 share man will be a distant memory. but only for himr. unless he is stopped, it will continue to hurt other companies trying to get out of a hole as well.
