Thanks DTL, that is enough info for now. Often one must pay more attention to WHAT IS NOT SAID vs. what is! I can extrapolate from there. And I am wholeheartedly in favor at this moment with the way TECO is proceeding, even tho we don't know much of the plan. I am in this for the future, not for just today or tomorrow! As a lifetime farmer, and businessman, I know it takes time for plans to develop!
