WinningstockCoach and most of his team are out of EWSI. I will paste his comments below. He has indicated that the A/S has been increased. I can say definitely that it has not. All you have to do is visit the Nevada SOS (Secretary of State) and conduct a Business Entity Search for EWSI and you'll see everything that you need to see. If he is referring to conversion of Preferred stock or other notes held, then I disagree with his sentiment currently. We have about 229Mish left of common before hitting the 490M max. That's a long way to go folks. I think we're cash flow positive before we get to that point. That's my risk/reward in a nut shell right there for EWSI.
I don think Preferred A get converted anytime soon...if ever.
Preferred B are for voting privileges only (1000/1 over common).
The options granted in the Share Exchange Plan (50M common to 51M options) haven't even been issued yet. (See the latest Q...they're not there).
Note holder shares get converted based on closing prices (somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 - 30 days before conversion). A higher PPS means less dilution whenever notes are converted. See the latest Q for notes information.
TCA Global 5M LOC is still not clear regarding what it cost shareholders with respect to shares. Maybe it only involves interest payments. Maybe it involves shares as well. However, the deal has been done for awhile and nothing dramatic has been reflected in the O/S. The terms of the deal are still not known by shareholders though. We may not find out until the K is filed.

Winningstockcoach One more heads up though. My main reason for selling wasn't current pps. The increase to A/S dropped our target by over 65% purely based on the fundamental aspect. If you want to donate money to a company that doesn't care about you as a share holder j ust write them a check. Just as all investors should I demand for a company to produce in my favor. But like any of them, this is just another 4 letter symbol I intended to make money on.
The long and losing may eventually prevail but not without some suffering first. Would be a better investment decision to realize the fundamental change that has taken place, exit, and return when pps is more favorable. Thankfully for me, when I ditch a penny I ditch it for good. So will never be another buy or sell alert at WSC on it.

Winningstockcoach I know of both that are holding positions and the nature by which it was received. I'm just glad to be done with it. Truly I am. Not even going to talk about the pos again. Ms Johnson let us down for sure. Was able to take a few big gains on it and get out just over even this last time. Might look at it again if it were to ever get to .014. But I've got better stocks going and penny stocks are a minute segment of my trading. Thankfully no sane trader ever has more than 10% of their portfolio in any 1 stock and no more than 5% in a penny stock.
But like I said pennies are a minute portion of my trading and our other pennies are doing well. So best of luck to you. I truly don't wish anything foul on any trader. This is already more time than I spend on any stock. I have more planning to do this evening in preparation for tomorrow. Busy all day every day in the chat room and my evenings aren't any slower.

Winningstockcoach Too bad over 90% of hedge funds are restricted from touching this one. And the noble report doesn't have a single one listed. Was never day trading it. Took profits many times as I was building free shares. Didn't take a loss thank God. But losses are coming once the dilution via convertible notes is reported.
