You looking for my thoughts on the stock price or the company?
I am terrible at forecasting stock prices for OTC stocks because they seem to run when you least expect it. I am hopeful BCAP has a nice upward movement in the early part of the year to restore confidence. Right now, day traders hate this stock as there is limited opportunity to make money (you can flip between 2-3 I suppose, but it may take awhile unless volume rises). Once they see movement, they will no doubt jump in and cause a run, but when is still a question. Hopefully early this year.
As far as the company, I want to see them clearly define the business model going forward, although it seems they recently have. The company updated the OTC page company description recently. I like that they will be financing companies going public and who are public (per the description). There is tremendous opportunity here doing this type of business and should see more consistent business if they can maintain a certain number of transactions each year. However, this business model will no doubt bring the bashers as this type of business is conventionally labeled "toxic financing" by bashers, thus every company we do business with will no doubt be called a scam (unless they can become successful and pay the debt owed to BCAP without converting shares).
Those are my thoughts for now. I will wait to see what the company can announce soon and adjust my expectations accordingly.
