This sweet sensation, composed mainly of pomegranate vodka and peach schnapps, was originally created at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia, but has since traveled to the menus at several different Ritz-Carltons, including The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey, The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, and The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common. It's a favorite in the winter months that pairs well with a holiday menu.
