It would be nice if it came out around the 15th.  My birthday is on that week and that would make a great gift but I'm not going to be surprised if we don't hear anything.  Time frames are more like guidelines and a schedule with things to come.  Always expect delays and if by some chance it happens on time then it makes for a bigger surprise.

News will hit when the CEO has everything in place.  It could be this week or maybe not until the end of the month.  All we can do is sit back and watch how it plays out.
