And, here's the subsequent Form 4 that was filed showing the 62.5M control block coming out of the gate. I guess it took six months (ish) for the Form to be filed. No worries at all with EWSI.

As a side note, one of our greatest detractors on the IHUB board is eleniak. This poster is supposedly a 506 investor in GPSI. GPSI, once you review the filings, is absolutely set up as a scam for insiders to unload onto the market at some point in the future when their shaes become unrestricted. 506 investors also get a sweet deal as they're original investors...just shy of being considered insiders by the SEC. A snapshot review of GPSI filings, whatever they are, presents a very bleak picture. Plus, it's a PINK SHEET NO INFO company. These type of entitites are a major crap shoot for everyone except insiders and folks like 506 investors. EWSI is easily verifiable and fully reporting...huuuuuuggggee difference.
Will more dilution occur? Absolutely. But, it's for very good shareholder equity reasons...growth...proven growth. A higher PPS will greatly mitigate the amount of dilution needed until cash flow positive can occur...which I think will happen in 2014!! JMO though...
