That is interesting. Would you happen to know what company is on the recycle bin? I wonder if that company had to receive permission from the state to place their bin there or if it something done directly with Whole Foods. If it's through Whole Foods, that would be good since it shows Whole Foods is willing to work with other companies to improve e-waste recycling. I live in the NYC area and I haven't seen any e-waste bins near Whole Foods. I live next to 3 in a 5 mile radius. 2 of them in Manhattan and 1 in Edgewater, NJ. The Edgewater one has bins for clothes and books but no E-waste bin.
