Geos website had been down since fall 2011--
Geo was the shipping facilitator for cwrn prior to sept 2011-thus the bill of lading for Loreto ship
-Geo owned mining concessions (not CWRN's-see feb 28 2011 PR re CWRN as operating partner even for Nazarena) but wasnt operating any of its own at the time so it showed pics of the CWRN operation on its website back then.
Bizarre that they would reopen website w a copyright of 2010-should be copyright 2012
Even more bizarre to post pics of cwrns operations without cwrn's permission as if Geo had already won the lawsuit-most attorneys would advise against such inflammatory and actionable gestures before favorable (for Geo) resolution of the suit
btw, as many apparently dont know, a complaint is one sides version-its not adjudicated fact -CWRN's side has not been heard yet-jurisdiction has not even been determined and if Texas doesnt have jurisdiction the case is thrown out in Texas.
