You won't see blatant false information here(refer to the terms). It's ok to criticize certain issues, and I have with this issue(stock). It was back in June/July that a certain individual with a couple of tag alongs' spread blatantly false information with regards to this stock issue with the sole intention to drive the price down for his/her own benefit(not on this site of course). It was so bad that I was forced to complain to that sites ADMIN. They would not take those messages down. I may have benefited from that falling price....but that doesn't mean it should be tolerated. The same thing goes for pushing a share price up. Blatant..false information should not be tolerated. My last straw was when I had my own messages deleted for seemingly no reason. Even if I questioned someone politely about their comment(the comment was BS..about their entry point...because the data I had proved it was false..and blatant). I didn't attack though. That was it.
I have several issues with this stock(management) that I have been patient with, but am a bit discouraged as well. One being that no shares have been issued to Cirque II(not finalized)..but with that said...no shares have been issued to past management...and other commitments(refer to the last quarterly). Seems as though they are waiting to see about that capital raise and conditions for such. I know they have to raise the authorized or consolidate shares or both....or possibly return shares...or possibly issue preferreds and then raise the authorized. The landfill is a little disappointing...but it really became a non-issue(great!). Maybe a couple of other very minor things as well.
But the flip side is a given....the talent..the experience..the partners....Northrop Grumman...etc..etc.
So you have a "given"...and some things that "are not a given". So a few loose ends being tied up will go along way...not to forget...some of those things that are "not a given"...could very well be projects...and opportunities.
It goes up fast...so have to be aware.
