JBZ, in my view the Kinross JV agreement was real

JBZ, in my view the Kinross JV agreement was real but Kinross was likely scared off by lies and or threats from the other side when the news came out and didn't want to risk moving forward. The mistake SRGE made was releasing the news too soon due to inquiries from shareholders. Otherwise, wouldn't Kinross have sued SRGE for making up the JV if indeed it was untrue? Just like all the lies about the deaths of the SRGE officers that the other side likely made up to try and tarnish the reputation of SRGE. I think the reason is simple in that the opposing party continues to be bent on the fact MSJ broke the JV agreement with them.
Also, I wonder if MSJ ever proceeded with any litigation to shut them up. I have heard of any more inaccurate PRs from the other side. Could be the other side is no longer in business other than an empty shell on the Canadian grays.
"MSJ conducts business with a number of Canadian and American companies, and is concerned that our name is being used in a manner, which could affect MSJ's current and future business relationships. We have instructed our legal counsel to investigate the matter, and begin proceedings to cease these activities immediately, as they relate to MSJ."
