Great news, there should be three directors disclosed somewhere and hopefully articles of incorporation. The articles of incorporation may include the terms of the JV or the contract agreement. Identifying numbers might help us search for permits from other Panamanian offices.
Proving that HIMR is a part owner of BLWP and that BLWP is entitled to work that concession would be greatly helpful in proving HIMR isn't a scam.
