I fully agree with that theory. I said the same on Iflub not too long ago. The rich already have the big house, the Bentley, the vacation homes, multiple island vacations per year, a massage therapist and sushi chef on staff. These folks can afford 5mm shares at .50/share never mind .25/share and they will wait until they are absolutely sure of Treaty's ability to fund most of their own programs, closer to uplisting, maybe an announced buyback or reverse merger, etc. I would also wait for the manipulation to stop and for the hedgefunds to cover and flip their positions to the long side in addition to other institutional investors. These are characteristics I would look for if I wasn't trying to get some of what they already have more quickly than not. I can only afford .04/share and still achieve a decent numbered position in TECO. My bet is the rich have had their share of risky investments to get to where they are but no longer need the level of risk a penny stock presents until absolutely sure the company is on it's way to success.
