However, Hollund is a pink sheet company with operations in a foreign country, and if you check with the SEC, they will tell you that a pink sheet company operating in another country does not need to tell investors anything at all. No reporting is required. This is why we must be vigilant and remain skeptical until we have actual facts and proof we can verify independently from the company and their spokespeople may tell us. That does not mean Hollund is a scam, and I don't think it is. However, the phrase "Trust, but verify" holds oh so true when investing at this end of the market.
