The only way this scam will get shut down is if multiple people report it to the SEC. It's not too hard to find the appropriate form online. And don't be daunted, just leave any fields blank that you don't know the answer to, or make up and answer and fill in the rest truthfully.
What's a couple hundred dollars compared to the millions this company has scammed over the years? It's not even a decent swing trading vehicle, it does nothing but go down, and the principals keep getting richer and richer, obscenely. It's obvious not legal. Report it.
