Just saw this on FB.
Wondering how restricted shares were so easily let go. Wouldn't the transfer agent know they were restricted and should not, under any circumstance, allow those shares out the door without the approval of designated personnel. Wouldn't JC authorizing shares belonging to JC be a red flag?!
At this point, I'd prefer the shares to be made whole -- that is, the value of what those shares were when SOLD. My sense is that the selling of all those shares by people who obviously did not treat them as if they were restricted, but could not wait to sell and get some cash in their hands! helped significantly bring the pps down. And as things started downhill, they just kept going -- esp. with all the rest of what occurred with that fiasco.
JC should be sued for the cost of what those shares were when they were sold, plus damages and court fees! He stole from all of us! IMO
