My take on the FAA letter into Baltia is.....LT has known BC for over 20 years and he was in his office one morning and shooting the $hit with him over coffee one morning and BC had to go take a dump and forgot that he left the letter there that just happened to be facing LT and LT had a good chance to read the entire letter because BC took the newest copy of Hustler magazine in there with him so LT had plenty of time to read the entire letter.......That's how it happened...imhpo
