1st NRG Corp. is an exploration and production company headquartered in Lone Tree, Colorado. Our activity to date has been centered on the development at Clabaugh Ranch developing coal bed methane reserves (CBM) located in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. We acquired our interest in the approximately 6,000 acre field in August 2010 where currently 42 wells produce approximately 800 MCFD. We are planning to expand our activities into unconventional shale potential with an initial development of prospective acreage in SE Ohio particularly seeking Utica Shale potential on a block of acreage of approximately 7,000 acres. The Company will not operate, but will be carried in the initial vertical test well and participate in future development with a 20% working interest.
