I am not whitefish. I believe in the law. Weber

I believe in the law. Weber was found guilty of tax evasion. He was convicted. He was given probation.
I know the criminal justice system well and most tax evasion charges don't get a conviction. Normally, the party's involved come to a deal out of court. When someone Actually gets convicted, it's a big deal, and the evidence of evasion, hiding money, purposely avoiding paying taxes must be very strong. In webers case he was convicted and almost was sent to jail, but a merciful judge gave him probation.
Flatly, it's great you stick up for your buddy. I would do the same for my family and freinds. But don't expect anyone give you any credibility. Brian weber diluting my investment to fund euro expansion(which we own 5 percet of) is criminal. And most longs see this now.
So thank you for explaining in your words (a guy who works for weber)why weber was convicted of tax charges. I bet the state of North Carolina has a different take on the matter.
I am a Business owner myself. F ratings by better business bureau comes from customer complaints to the bbb. I was once on the bbb board in maryland. I know how it works. The bbb hates giving f ratings and only does so when there is overwhelming customer complaints that are verifiable.
