It is well known that you can have a mediocre product with great management and you WILL succeed. If you have terrible or mediocre management with a great product (Dharma and Berkeley Bio) you will fail. Businesses fail for two reasons: lack of capital and incompetent management. If you have enough money you can BUY blockbuster management and succeed.
