Mike i wish you had some clue of what your talking about..  I was BW's project manager when he got that F rating.  it had nothing to do with him screwing people!!!
We did commercial up fits across the country for about 3 different companies. in one month 2 of the 3 decided they didnt have the money to pay us for the work we did..  what do you do when you have 500k in work done thats billed and you dont get paid?  BW sold almost everything he had to help out his sub contractors.  he couldnt pay them in full but he sure did try..  He sued the 2 companies and they settled for far less than what was owed.    He lost his ass trying to help others!!!  Idiots like you think he screwed people..  Educate your self before you speak !!!!
Same thing with the IRS issues .  He gave all his money to the sub contractors to keep them alive and didnt have the money to pay his taxes.  He settled with the IRS after he showed them what happened and paid his back taxes in full..   Once again do some DD before you run your mouth and look stupid.
