CLOUD BOARD OF DIRECTORSBoris Goldstein Dr. Boris Goldstein was the founder of Software House High Tech, a start-up company which he developed into a worldwide corporation, with over 40 offices in 17 countries. Dr. Goldstein was CEO and co-founder of Intelligent Video Systems Inc. (IVS) based in Silicon Valley (currently ISS International), the company became a leading developer of security surveillance & control systems for networked digital video & audio recording. Dr. Goldstein is the former CEO of Trans Global Ventures Group and Solby Holding; he is the former Chairman of E-Trade Eurasia, E*Forex; and the former Co-Chairman of CBSF Capital Management and the CBSF International Fund. He was a Director of the Commercial Bank of San Francisco and a member of the advisory boards of multiple companies including Sakaru Bank, Daldaris, FRB, RBK and others.Dr. Goldstein received a degree in Applied Mathematics and Ph.D. in Optimization of Real Time Systems from the Latvian Technical University. Victor N. Gordeychuk Founder and President of the CJSC “Kompaniya Simtex” (management of the retail chain “Technoshock”). He is founder of the optician stores “Happy Look”. In the early 90’s Mr. Gordeychuk founded “ State Enterprise ” which developed models of communication networks and was also engaged in software development for medical and power utility companies (Lenenergo), and production of satellite antennas. He began developing a household appliances retail network under the trademark “Simtex” in 1992. Under the management of Mr. Gordeychuk, CJSC “Kompaniya Simtex” acquired “Technoshock” in 1999. Mr. Gordeychuk graduated from the Faculty of Automatic Control Systems (ACS) of the Leningrad Military Academy of Communications “Lensoveta” in 1979. After receiving his Ph.D in 1986 he continued his military service as a senior lecturer in the ACS Department.

Anton V. Gordeychuk has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of Optic House Ltd. since 2008. The company designs and distributes private label eyewear products. Optic House is also an exclusive distributor of Nike eyewear products in Russia. Anton Gordeychuk is a member of the Board of Directors of Mondottica Russia Ltd, a part of Mondottica Ltd. (designs, sources and markets eyewear products worldwide under license agreements). From January 2007 to September 2008, he was Managing Director of Happy Look, a retail optical chain. During that period the company grew from 13 stores to 47 stores and became one of the leading chains on the Russian optical market. From January 2006 to December 2007, Anton Gordeychuk founded and managed several internet companies. Anton Gordeychuk graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics. Victor V. Ovsyannikov Partner in Pacific Venture Fund, the company facilitating the merger between Technoshock and Visisys. Previously, Mr. Ovsyannikov was the Infrastructure Practice Leader at PWC, where he was responsible for investment banking services and capital infrastructure projects. As Government Corporations Practice Leader, Mr. Ovsyannikov oversaw delivery of all services provided by PWC to Russian state-owned ?enterprises and been a member of the Russian Federation Presidential Administration’s working group responsible for creation of the Moscow International Financial Center (IFC). Prior to PWC, Mr. Ovsyannikov served as Deputy to the Global Chief Operating Officer and Executive Partner at Ernst & Young/Anderson (*In 2003 Anderson CIS merged with Ernst & Young). Earlier, Mr. Ovsyannikov was a Director in the Corporate Finance Department at KMPG, where he advised multinational companies, including Nestle and Continental, on market penetration strategy and acquisitions. Mr. Ovsyannikov also served as General Representative for CIS at Universal International ULTI and Concern Energiya in UK. Mr. Ovsyannikov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics Technology MSc, Electronic Engineering.
