Sierra International intends to make additional acquisitions of rights in oil and gas properties; and to enter into agreements with others for the exploration, development, production, and marketing for its oil and gas properties. The company was incorporated in 1987 under the name AIdea Development International, Inc.@ and changed its name to Sierra Idea Development International, Inc.
