He also is a director at Sierra International Group, Inc. primarily engages in the acquisition of rights to explore for and exploit natural gas, crude oil, and other minerals. It has interests in various exploration concessions; and is in various stages of identifying industry partners, farming out exploration rights, undertaking exploration drilling, and seeking to develop production. Sierra International intends to make additional acquisitions of rights in oil and gas properties; and to enter into agreements with others for the exploration, development, production, and marketing for its oil and gas properties.
