A word of caution - nobody, not even LT, knows when the FAA will respond - take that to the bank. He stated clearly that he was extrapolating from conversations - that extrapolation is HIS GUESS ONLY. People here and elsewhere are best served by not clinging to every word said by even those who are "close" to what is going on - especially when they clearly admit that Baltia has not given them any dates/estimates, but rather LT is making a personal estimate of a timeline as he has described.
