Obviously we are well past 20 days. What are people's opinions? Did we get the extension that is supposedly never really granted or did we get cleared, something that again supposedly never happens? I think we got cleared. In my opinion, I do believe there probably is a sec investigation going on with whatever happened in 2009-10, but sndy isn't the center of it, they were mearly caught up in something that happened, unknowingly. So like witnesses who get questioned by police, when mentioned in acrime report, that's what the dtcc was doing. The sec had put sndy's name in their investigation because part of the shares in question where theirs, but they were not a fault, more of a "wrong place wrong time" situation. And ofcourse the dtcc gets a red flag when a stock symbol shows up in the reports, and knowing that they were only mentioned, they issued a notice so they could talk to sndy and find out their situation, like a witness explaining what he saw and why he was there.

This was a gift if you ask me. Nobody on this board was expecting trips, but we got them, and I truly hope many did what I did and take full advantage. We are here folks. We are about to open the door on the house we have been building for 2 years now. Lets all drink and be merry tonight, safely ofcourse. For tomorow, 2014, will be the year of SNDY. It has truly been a pleasure to share this ride with many of you.
