Awareness has certainly been an issue in 2013. T

I think that the e-waste industry has an identity crisis overall in that many folks simply do not believe that a consistent profit margin can be attained. If they did, then one of the bigger North American waste companies would have become more involved many years ago. But, while many folks think along these lines (i.e. the big guys already have the logistics infrastructure...trucks to pickup and segregate the e-waste), what they're missing is the very large and potentially very profitable B2B and B2C relationships for e-waste recyclers that the big guys simply do not have...nor are they interested, otherwise the relationships and planning would have already occurred (make sense?). Plus, there is just simply to much e-waste collecting in areas of the world that is using dangerous and inefficient recycling methods. EWSI has set out to change this core principle. So far so good.
If anyone has any ideas for marketing awareness, I highly suggest this forum be used as a brainstorming venue. I do believe that Luke monitors these boards.
