Hello gents/ladies.  It's been a while since I have posted, even though I check in daily.

There is a lot going on, in spite of the seemingly slow progress. Waiting for the FSDO's Certification Team to respond and move Baltia to the next level of certification is clearly wearing people down a bit - but, there is nothing that can be done - the manager of that team will be providing Baltia what it needs very soon, IMHO.

Just as LT says, there is a lot going on with the Baltia team in preparation for what is soon to be a fast-paced mountain of work to do simultaneously!  These people have put their lives into this, and it is much, much more than a business and/or investment to them - it is their passion.  They are sacrificing other opportunities, time with family, and more .  .  .  to utilize their experience and skills to get Baltia operational and efficiently profitable.  I've known some of them for over 20 years, and I'm betting they will reach their goal.

You would not want to be in their shoes when the S$1T hits the fan, and final certification begins - they'll be in a pressure cooker, but many of them have been through certification previously, so they'll do well.
