Back from Holiday today and I will be posting only 3 times per day until I am fully reinstated.
I want to say that although I am not happy with what has occurred with Alberto and the r/s filing. Thank you to Gramps and others who got me a final chance to prove myself. I will only be posting DD and will 100% abide by the site's TOU policy.
I too believe that the 30-40 SEC complaints likely slowed down the r/s and may actually kill it altogether. Either way, I believe something good is planned for DUSS and that there will be some sort of positive outcome for shareholders here. If they do the r/s with multiple forward splits afterwards as part of the merger, cusip change, symbol change and name change, then we could actually see a positive return on investment if the merging company has real tangible value. If Jervis is a fraud and was brought in by short sellers, then this Jervis deal may die along with the r/s and we will see something else for this shell occur. Either way, I am not selling until much higher prices and will continue following up with the SEC on my complaint. I encourage all others to do the same.
