$BLAP according to the chart, it would be nice if we could combine the move up with the next PR - that's if the PR comes out this week. WE have: MACDs are about to cross Divergence is about to go positive PSAR is about to flip upward Higher lows, and the resistance of .0067 is about to be broken. Combine this with a PR, and we could have a major move.
