Most compelling things here now:
1) 400,000,000 free trading shares are supposedly out there now and virtually none of that has been traded if any
2) no R/S has occurred yet.
Very strange that a company would receive 400m shares of common stock that would make it the majority shareholder then they immediately put out an 8k stating a R/S is to occur and yet seemingly none of those shares are sold?
If they try to convert these shares to preferred shares to try and protect them;
A) this will constitute an illegal act
B) why not have just done the deal with preferred shares to begin with?
If they don't try to convert them the question becomes, why issue an 800:1 r/s that will significantly reduce your 400m shares of common stock that fostered the r/s to begin with?
Pretzel logic anyone?
What a $hit show we have here. All the above, an international attorney CEO that claims to not speak English, and mining claims that are affiliated with a shady Canadian "exploration" company, are we sure DUSS is not still in the reality tv business? I'm just waiting for Flavor Flave and Vern Troyer to be added to the BOD to be sure.
