On 28 December 2013, SIA Merks, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Dzintaru 28 SIA entered into a contract to perform the construction works of four apartment buildings (total 93 apartments) located at 28 Dzintaru street, Jurmala, Latvia. Under the contract, SIA Merks will build one three-storey and three four-storey apartment buildings with the total gross area of 13 415 m².
The approximate value of the contract is 13.7 million euros, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in January 2014 and are scheduled for completion in July 2015.
