United States Carbon and Village Green Global to form Koala Environmental

United States Carbon, LLC (US Carbon), a leader in energy savings programs announced today the formalization of a joint venture with Californian based, environmental data management firm Village Green Global, Inc. (VGG) . Darren Forster, US Carbon’s CEO expressed, “The joint Venture will enable US Carbon to introduce its diverse client portfolio to VGG allowing both companies to expand upon their previous Strategic Partnership.”
Koala Environmental, LLC aims to combine VGG software and industry expertise under a Master License with US Carbon’s sales pipeline that contains Real Estate Investment Trusts, (REITS) School Districts and Condo Associations across the United States.
Through the joint venture, Koala Environmental will be providing to clients, consultancy, investment grade auditing (IGA), proprietary software (SMARTweb™) , economic modeling and cost reduction strategies for financeable retrofitting projects nationally.
SMARTweb™ Audits, Automates and Monitors all Energy data including, Electricity, Natural Gas, Transportation, Waste streams including eWaste and Water data to form recommendations for environmental impact reductions. Koala Environmental then uses this data to provide financeable and strategic energy saving solutions to the client.
