This is why TUMI pulled out of their 60% share of
Post# of 9903
TUMI wanted the whole concession 100%. As they only had 60% and it didn't fit in with their development plans for their company, they handed back the 60% to Minera San Jorge (MSJ). That was why TUMI pulled out of the deal. That was the only reason.
Then MSJ negotiated the same contract for a 60% share with BGL, which BGL didn't honour. Then in August 2011, BGL made one last ditch attempt to have the the legal ownership titles to all of the disputed mining concessions transferred into their name.
Since August 2011, nobody posting here or anywhere else on this planet, has been able to provide a working link to any OFFICIAL MEXICAN COURT WEBSITE SHOWING THAT ANYTHING NEW HAS BEEN POSTED BY BGL despite their fictional press releases stating otherwise. Note the disclaimer on BGL's press releases if you want to satisfy yourself that they are or are not genuine !
This earlier post of mine shows what the court in Mexico ruled on 17 August 2011. It has a translation posted using Google Translate and a link to the actual ruling, on the Mexican court system website where anyone can verify the voracity of what I'm saying and then re-translate the document for themselves, if they wish to.
