For the time being, until an appropriate agreement is secured, we are going to continue the course.  We will work to retire the restricted shares of those shareholders who are insiders, beneficial owners and friendly investors confident in our efforts.   Then we will go after those registered shareholders holding significant blocks of free trading stock in the float.  But it is when one key event occurs, that we will seek to hopefully enact our biggest share reduction effort using a strategy not known to be used within the Micro-cap markets – non-reporting pinks at least – and we’re excited about it.

This statement (directly from Peter Meier), points to an offer that could be made to each and every shareholder. I believe an arrangement has already been made for Lonnie Hayward's Class C shares, and if other debt holders are included in this agreement, even better. So expect news on some offer to shareholders shortly. If enough shareholders agree to participate, we could be in control of our destiny.
