Yes they were, this is just another stinky pinky that had a good run 2yrs ago and the CEO made a LOT of cash, although he has not sold any shares I know, but the filing speak a different story. All of the signs were there..... like I said yesterday I've come to the realization that I've lost my investment. I just wish he stops toying with us and do it. This whole taking JC to court thing to me is BS, just like the rest of the PR's...
