It is usually at a penny. But yesterday, monday, it kind of got bad news that it was turning over 28 mill shares of common stock to certain employees, consultants, and advisors to retain their services, of these 26 individuals. Now, to me, that sounds like they were I'm danger of losing some let people to the company, couldn't afford to give raises, so they got stock.
