Many thanks indeed, Wild4nano: I applaud and am grateful, respectively, for your coupling of the two thoughts in bold characters. We can at least each do our best to 'make it happen' day by day.
I see the "merry" part of "Merry Christmas" as taking us back directly to the moment when the pre-Christian awe felt for nature and its strength, seen clearly among the Celts, joined up and joined forces with the Christian openness to others (no swipes intended to other great traditions of thought).
